Location and hybrid details are in each posting. We decide fairly based on role and team needs.

Typically: short intro, technical deep dive, alignment on availability and framework. We give timely feedback, including when declining.

If no role fits, still send focus, experience and availability. We check whether demand exists or a role can be extended.
