How we work
We do not work for pretty slides, but for better systems
HosonoDE is not an agency for quick hype. Our strength is where servers, plugins, updates, marketing strategy, AI processes and operational workflows come together and someone needs to sort out the whole picture for the long term.
DACH clients
About 90.1% of our clients sit in the DACH region: 65% in Germany, 19% in Switzerland and 6.1% in Austria. That shapes communication, consulting and implementation.
Tokyo time advantage
While clients in Europe sleep, we can prepare or implement updates, maintenance and technical work.
Service areas
Shop systems, development, SEO, ads, reporting and automation work together instead of being treated separately.
Principle
Understand first, decide second, implement third
Many clients come to us when short-term thinking no longer helps. The shop needs updates, the server causes issues, plugins conflict, campaigns do not run cleanly, AI processes need to be built or internal workflows cost too much time. To us, these are not isolated tickets, but signs that the system as a whole needs to become better.
That is why we prefer to think in five to 20 years rather than quick individual measures. A short collaboration often only helps on the surface. Real value is created when we support a client over years: stabilizing technology, improving marketing, cleaning up data, simplifying processes and repeatedly finding new leverage.
Our location in Tokyo is part of that value. The distance is not a con, but a pro: we can work asynchronously while clients sleep. Server updates, plugin updates, software updates or marketing changes can be prepared during the German night, so much of the work is already done by morning and day-to-day operations are disturbed less.
1.
Long-term, not short-term
Many service providers think until the next order. We want to improve clients over years, because that is where real value is created for both sides.
2.
German-speaking core team
Our e-commerce and marketing core team was deliberately built to be German-speaking. This keeps communication, market feel and expectation management close to DACH clients.
3.
Time zone as a USP
When Europe ends the workday, Tokyo begins. For technical work, updates and asynchronous implementation, this is a real advantage.
What defines us is this combination: a personal founder perspective, DACH specialization from Tokyo, technical depth, long-term thinking and the ability to improve e-commerce holistically.
